Amani House offers three serene retreats, each with its own gentle rhythm and island charm. The primary bedroom opens to sweeping ocean views — a calm, sun-washed space with a king bed and a bathroom featuring double sinks and an indoor–outdoor shower that lets the sea breeze drift in. The secondary bedroom features a king bed and its own private terrace, a quiet corner for slow mornings and warm tropical evenings. Its bathroom includes double sinks, an in and out door shower, designed for refreshing moments under the sky. The third guest room, with a queen bed, looks into lush tropical gardens — a tranquil hideaway wrapped in greenery, complete with a full bathroom featuring a soothing bathtub and shower. Three rooms, three moods — all designed for effortless serenity and the ease of island life.
House, Pool and Views
Perched on a gentle hillside, Amani House opens onto a private terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the sea. The property stretches all the way down to the water, where a private dock awaits—accessible by boat or even seaplane. Guests can also take to the calm Exuma waters with the house kayaks. The outdoor spaces are designed for unhurried living: comfortable loungers, soft towels, and shaded corners for slipping easily between sun and breeze.

House Rules
Children of all ages are welcome. Events and gatherings are not permitted on the property. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Before checking out, the host requires you to complete the following: load the dishwasher, strip any used beds and gather used towels, remove personal items and take out the trash, and turn off the lights.
Cancellation
Up to 2 months before arrival - free cancellation possible. Up to 1 month before arrival - 60% cancellation fee. Up to 1 week before arrival - 70% cancellation fee. In the week of arrival - 100% cancellation fee. The cancellation fees are calculated from the total price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
