The property includes three full bathrooms—the first and third bathrooms feature a toilet, shower, and outdoor shower, while the second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and shower.

Amani House sits right at the water's edge with a private pool, spa whirlpool, and boat dock. The outdoor area features comfortable furniture, beach chairs, and towels for relaxing by the pool or waterfront. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a swim, and guests can explore the surrounding waters with the provided kayak or canoe.

House Rules
Children are allowed (ages 0-17). Events are not permitted on the property. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Before checking out, the host requires you to complete the following: load the dishwasher, strip any used beds and gather used towels, remove personal items and take out the trash, and turn off the lights.
Cancellation
Up to 2 months before arrival - free cancellation possible. Up to 1 month before arrival - 60% cancellation fee. Up to 1 week before arrival - 70% cancellation fee. In the week of arrival - 100% cancellation fee. The cancellation fees are calculated from the total price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
